The recapitalization of the company places T-Aerospace in a strong position to broadly expand its product offerings, vastly improve engineering capabilities, and drive value to both its customers and shareholders. Intersky Precision Aerospace intends to continue to operate T-Aerospace as an independent business unit out of its current Memphis, Tennessee location.
